Stay across the bridge for ice cream. We went here on a whim because they were still open and my mom was handed her cone with the ice cream barely on the cone that when the employee passed it off it fell over and my mom caught the top of her cone in her hand. The employee handed her a cup to put the ice cream in, didn’t offer napkins, didn’t offer to remake it just pointed to where she could go to the end of the line and get napkins and stood there and rolled her eyes because my mom looked so confused about the encounter. Mind you, her hand was covered in ice cream, her phone had ice cream on it, and she was still expected to pay for it. She put it on the counter not wanting it anymore, it wasn’t till then that the employee apologized and walked off. Really poor customer service. She didn’t care about the mess, or that her ice cream cone was messed up- it was just how the employee treated her and handled the situation. The employee then went to the back (the back is still visible from the counter it’s just behind their machines) and complained about my mom to her co workers throwing her hands in the air and being loud. My family owns multiple restaurants, we understand the service industry is tough and customers can be hard but this wasn’t...

What trip to the beach is complete without ice cream, right? There were several in the area and we decided to give this place a try. We had heard that it was pretty good but that is a HUGE understatement.

The choices of flavors of ice cream is not overwhelming, nor is it the same flavors that everyone seems to be offering these days. After sampling multiple flavors, I was able to narrow it down to two (can’t remember the names) and ordered a cup with the two flavors. It’s a good thing I stopped at two because the portions are nice-sized. My husband and my sister both ordered different flavors so we were all able to sample a little of each. So creamy and delicious and not over-priced.

They also have a gift shop where we were able to pick up some really nice Topsail Island t-shirts for a decent price. While we were looking at the shirts, we spent time talking to the owner and she went above and beyond answering our questions about the shop, the shirts and the area.

We will definitely be back when we are in the area, which hopefully will be quite often. Our nephew bought a place in a great campground that is perfect for our RV. And best of all, it’s walking distance to Sweet...

I'm replying to the review left by JJ Jackson. I am the manager and I actually was there the day that you were served. Our chocolate milkshake is made with soft serve ice cream, NO ADDED sugar, A little bit of hershey chocolate drizzle, whipped cream. If you would have Let me know I could have tried to resolve your issue. I saw you drinking your milkshake as I was making your daughter's strawberry lemonade. Our building has a water filtration system and we use filtered water in our products that we serve. Fresh squeezed lemonade is made with 2 lemons, Water, ice and the sugar flavor ( if requested) which in your case was strawberry. This is a basic lemonade recipe. Again, I really wish that you have approached me and let me know that you were feeling upset, and I would have cleared this up immediately; But your comment about the water is completely unfounded and incorrect we do not use" Straight up tap water." So I would hope that anybody reading this review by JJ Jackson would note that we do in fact have a water filtration system. We hold our customers in high regard and immediately try to resolve any problems they may be having with...

This place was a one-off try as we were returning from shopping. The atmosphere is great. There is an outdoor deck to sit around. The menu is pretty extensive and they have a good amount of flavors of ice cream and milkshakes. Given it was our first time, we definitely had to try the mason milkshakes - Oreo and Banana Split. Both were delicious, though they did take some time to come out. The ladies were nice enough to make a cotton candy milkshake for my son and they had special flavor birthday cake soft serve. Everything came out delicious. They have a cute little shop off to the side for local merchandise that's priced decently. Overall, would visit again!

We popped in as the beach started getting overcast. We’d tried 3 other places google said were open, but none were. SweetAlicious was the perfect hangout. Aubrey did a great job working hard serving over a dozen people in front of me before I got my strawberry cheesecake and dark chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream. Both were delicious and worth the wait! Nice seating area and small but very reasonably priced clothing and tee shirts, as well as candy and taffy. The atmosphere was very inviting and I’d definitely return again next time.

Our initial experience was fantastic! The interior was charming, adorned with delightful treats. We savored four milkshake masons, each one delightful, albeit a bit pricey. Nevertheless, given that you get to keep the mason jar, it's well worth the cost and comparable to other ice cream shops in the Topsail area. The staff were friendly and enhanced our experience. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and particularly relished the ice cream.
