Dog park — Attraction in Surfside

Good sized dog park. Just not sure who takes care of it. The water fountain for the big dogs has been backed up for over 6 months and I’ve let multiple people at “the park” know and still nothing is fixed. Multiple dog owners have told me their dog has gotten sick and the only common denominator is the water at that dog park. The water bowl stays full of stagnant water, bugs, slobber, dirt, grass.
