Just got back from a little escape at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, and honestly⌠it was exactly what I didnât know I needed.
Waking up to ocean views, and actually relaxing (yes, I said relaxing) was everything. The staff made us feel so taken care of, like they were genuinely happy we were thereâand that makes all the difference.
The room? Stunning. The vibe? Peaceful and elegant. The location? Close enough to the energy of Miami, but tucked away just enough to feel like a true retreat.
We left feeling rested, inspired, and already thinking about my next visit.

   Read moreThe pedicure station is âbroken â so they canât use water at all on you feet. Just hoping we wonât ask, i did and was told , ya itâs been broken a while nowâŚ. I Payed 175 $ for worst pedi ever. Even the nail polish was old. Pedi was painful since they couldnât use water to soften my skin. Pedi is only a few days old and feet look and feel absolutely horrible. How did my pinky toe loose the gel polish after a few days?! Donât waste your time. They didnât even try to compensate for this with a glass of champagne or a basic apology. I expected more from this brand....

The Event/Coordinator for the Private Rooms was SuPerb. Anything we asked for she would facilitate within seconds. The server we had ("Marco" I believe was his name) from Italy was not only the most astonishing helper / server / etc he was also very accommodating as far as people's allergies and getting things we wanted for our pure pleasure. Honestly.... he is the main reason why it's 5/5 stars. It's staff like him that truly motivate people like me to look forward to coming back to the Ritz....
