WA Bounce House — Attraction in Tacoma

It was overall a bit of a stressful experience, i made a booking and put a deposit down a month before our event, i paid for it in full two days before and then the following morning received a call saying that it needed to be dropped off the day before because they were down a vehicle and i let them know it was a private building that i was renting out and would have to get in contact with someone to open the door, we were able to do it but they showed up half an hour late from time they were supposed to be there making us & the security of the building having to wait, then day of the party it was supposed to be picked up at 4 but we didn't receive a text until 4:03 saying they were going to be late picking it up, i asked how late and they said not until 5:15 even after knowing we dont have full access to this building and cant just keep working around whats convenient to them. The workers and management sees very unprofessional, if they would have told me before i paid for it that it was going to be this complicated I would've rented from somewhere else, I asked for some type of compensation for the huge inconvenience and I've...

The lady on the phone & the delivery guy were awesome. But the product in general was not good. The bouncy house was wet and bubbly the entire time so the kids couldn't even play on it. Apparently it got wet at the party from the night before so when we got it hadn't dried. I called the number & was told this was "normal". But told me to talk to the delivery guy. He was more then understanding & was sincerely sorry, said that he tried drying it as much as he could. He called the owner to let him know what was going on & the only thing he was willing to do was give me a very small discount on the next bouncy house.. so basically I had a $180 lawn ornament for my son's first birthday. After not receiving a confirmation email upon cancelation of my order I called to check in. The person that assisted me assured that it was canceled and we would not get our deposit back. Which I agreed to and understand.

To my surprise they showed up. After explaining my situation I felt pressured into keeping the product and have not received any follow up after expressing my frustration with the communication.

I should have known to stay away after being rushed off the phone while attempting to cancel that...
