Beautiful locale, restroom facilities are clean, beach is small but nice, there is a specialty railed ramp built all the way down in the water for wheelchair beach access, and parking is great. Drawbacks: difficult access on foot- rough downhill dirt and roots are especially tough in flip-flops or barefoot, even in boots it would be scary for an older person or carrying items; picnic tables are inconveniently placed for use by beach-goers and there are no places to put your things out of the dirt except a retaining wall by the water; the entrance by the beautiful stone restroom building is not easily visible.
