lol literally manager/owner at the other Wander insists they don’t rely on China products yet literally every item I picked up in this location was either made in China or had the origin of manufacturing obscured or not present. except for a few clothes from bangladesh/indonesia. The store makes all these wild claims about how they “support small and local business” but if you want to see what it really is go take a look for yourself.

UPDATED: Josh, rest-assured I am not a troll. Just a real person with observations and accountability that you do not like. Corporate stores get a pass because they don’t pretend to be something other than a reseller of cheap products at high markups. You just refuse to acknowledge that this too is your business model and instead you gaslight locals who call you out and hold you and your business accountable for selling imported products and pretending like you’re “saving the local community”. I encourage you to dig deeper into my reviews — which are all honest and genuine accounts of my experiences — and you will undoubtedly find other LOCAL TO THE AREA businesses who are doing a better job than you at supporting local artists. Your attitude and approach to these reviews is everything and all I, and many others, need to know about you and the way your business operates....

A kayaking-hiking-campers hobbist paradise. Great selection of all kinds of gear. Stopped over for a quick browse - found a few products to be a little pricey but great selection and quality.

Got some ideas for our next trip to the Smoky Mountains or camping around and may stop by- hopefully and hoping for a better customer service.

The two sales ladies kept a very straight face with us - uninterested and they were generally not talkative to us or other customers. A quick greet to others and they missed us altogether to our delight at entry and exit. No thank you or have a nice day type greeting at all while they stared at our exit.

Absolutely love this space! The store is amazing! Love that there is hiking/camping/outdoors gear for both male & females. It is so hard to find cute gear. Staff is super friendly/helpful. Didnt get a chance to eat at the restaurant or explore the outdoors area but definitely will come back again for more. Thanks for making such a fun space for...
