Giant Motor Cars — Attraction in Tampa

My husband & I just bought a truck from here on 9/18. Very nice people , helped hard to get us the truck. However the only thing that does upset me, is the finance company said there were add on that weren’t even close to what our truck had, she also said they got us for $7500 for the truck when the price was $6999, that highly upsets me bc they didn’t tell us this ahead of time & we put $2500 down! However I would still recommend the place for a vehicle, they will get you qualified! With one of their financial companies. They do have nice vehicles & they do do the work to them to make them that way! So I do recommend them! Update 11/20/2019 Had to do the registration on my other vehicle here to find out Giant motors only paid for the registration for a month & a half. The DMV said they usually do it for a year. They went the cheapest way out. So not ONLY did they add more money to the truck without telling us , YES I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT FROM THE WEBSITE, and how they added $500 to the price without telling us, then they only paid for 1 1/2 registration instead of a year.... so here’s what I’m going to say. I had no issues with talking to them however, the sneaky things irritate me. I put $2500 down on this truck. The finance company wasn’t happy that they lied about the trucks details(we didn’t know this til they called us) then they upped the price from $6999.00 to $7500 without telling us, now the registration. Quite irritated! And to think they haven’t even made good on the fact that they did it!!! I have no heat in my truck, bc the heater core was bypassed. The AC ain’t working like they said everything works. So here’s what I will say, check any vehicle you get THOROUGHLY and don’t take their word for it! Make sure you LOOK at all the paperwork thoroughly bc they went over it extremely quickly so we would sign never mentioned the amount , now I know why. .... very disappointed... However they do have some nice vehicles there and will typically get you approved for a loan, however, I say this again, read your paperwork thoroughly. I’m not happy about this, and am if I would ever go back, I would make sure they don’t raise the price on me. .. I have the proof that the truck was $600 bucks cheaper. I save things for this reason! Sal from giant motor cars sold me this 2017 ford f150 3.5l ecoboost with a bad timing phaser with in the first month I brought it back to him and told him about the issue he already knew about when he sold it to me he told me he would “look into it” I never heard back from him at all a good dealer will contact you back if they found out more or even if they didn’t but he did not now my motor has gave out on me and I’m stuck with this $900 car payment for a vehicle that does not even work at all what so ever i tryed going back to him to ask to trade into another vehicle or what we can do to make the situation right and he pretty much told me there’s nothing he can do for me at all but sell me another bad car of his because that’s all he sells is cars that are damaged and sell it to people that don’t know any better and they get screwed with a big payment vehicle and big problem with the car that will cost them thousands this dealer is a scam they take advantage of us hard working people to take the money we work so hard for and leave us with a problem I highly recommend everyone think twice before going there I will be reporting this to the better bussiness bureau and any where else that I can report it to and I’m going to look into what actions I can take to make sure this never ever happens to someone again and these people learn to not take advatange of people a friend of mines also had the same issue picture attached so you can see it’s not only me that it has happened too...

I saw the car I wanted on their website and was contacted by Delmar regarding it. Delmar was smart, kind and pretty funny. He is a good salesman who didn't sugar coat any issues with the vehicle.
