Dear Shanna & Bryan Glazer Jewish Center,
From: Isaya Isiah & Teisha McKay
First and foremost, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to our Sovereign Everlasting Almighty, the Most High, for allowing us to embody the essence of the Messiah in our lives.
When my wife and I were invited to share our testimonials as part of the "Champion for Children" charity program, we arrived at the location with a mix of curiosity and anticipation, unsure of what awaited us. As we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a profound experience.
We paused to acknowledge our beliefs and sought guidance from the Umindsi Messiah, asking for strength and clarity in every moment we encountered. Together, we were captivated by the extraordinary beauty of the space—an elegant environment thoughtfully designed to inspire. The warmth radiating from the surroundings mirrored the kindness of the people present.
Witnessing our testimonials displayed on a live screen was a surreal moment. It felt as if we were watching a cinematic masterpiece unfold before us, each word resonating with emotion in this inviting setting.
The tranquility and vibrancy of the environment combined with the exceptional service provided by the dedicated individuals who interacted with us created a truly unforgettable experience. Their genuine care and commitment left a lasting impression on our hearts.
We feel it is essential to share this extraordinary journey and express our gratitude for such a magnificent experience. Thank you all for cultivating an environment that radiates beauty, compassion, and hope.
With warm regards,
Isaya Isiah &...
Read moreI have a client who attends the JCC. Dealing with Pnina Levermore has been incredibly discouraging. My client has been going to the JCC for years, he is disabled with Parkinson's. There was a Parkinsons event that he had been invited to VIA email. Pnina not only ignored my email but also dismissed me off the phone call by saying she has a "deadline". She told me he cannot attend but did not give an actual reason-seems like she was searching and searching for a reason as to why he cannot come. She also tried to argue against his diagnosis of Parkinson's and now wants proof of it. She also made a comment about him being in a wheelchair and wanting to come to the event, I explained to her just because he is in a wheelchair does not mean he cannot come and socialize and participate.
Both phone calls she seemed very aggravated right from the start because I was trying to get him signed up for an event he was excited for.
I have been in customer service for years. I advise Pnina to re evaluate her purpose at the JCC as this is supposed to be a welcoming/positive environment. When a client./family member calls for help or questions she is extremely combative.
This has been my first altercation with bad customer service and this has also been my first bad review I have left on google. I am not normally one to do this but I am still in shock of how we...
Read moreUPDATE: Someone did call me the following Monday and shared a link to the cancelation form. I did explain that I was told I could not cancel via phone or email and was already charged for several months due to incorrect info on cancellation policy. I asked for a break on the last charge due to being given incorrect info and have yet to hear back. Just be wary of the cancelation process. Since they did the bare min to make it right I'm upgrading the score to 2 stars. If the cancellation goes through and they do not charge me in August I may upgrade to 3 stars because it is clean. The setup is different and you have to walk up hard concrete steps to get to the gym section so keep that in mind. Perks/Events - usually mixers and it looks like they have some family programs. They do have a coffeeshop type area that was ok (meh). The cost is a bit on the expensive side for a solo member I'm not sure about family pricing.
Old Review. Cancellation process it not great. They won’t let you cancel over the phone or online but also when you go in, they won’t let you cancel because their cancel department isn’t in after 4pm. Most of us work and we come in after work so they should have someone there available to cancel your account if they don’t have the...
