Faithful customer mistreated. They gave my food away to another customer and tried to blame me. Treated me very dismissively and with a huge attitude. The shift leader should not be leading people as she has not mastered humility. As a leader you must be the most humble of everyone. The Shift leader also threatened to call police on me (abuse of power) after expressing that I was unhappy with her attitude and how she mistreated me.Wrong move to attempt to waste our cities resources because you mistreat customers! As I look over my tons of SOHO orders from the year (I've spent hundreds) this experience really tarnishes the brand for me and all of my friends and family. My child has been saying all night. I hate how they treated us! God is watching how you treat people. I will not recommend any SOHO after this experience!

Weak leadership, doesn't own mistakes, argumentative, and blames customers when they should be verifying orders they give out. The Shift Leader should not be in this position of power. Too immature and underdeveloped. Why would you promote someone with no humility? Please take back your store, the shift leader is running your business in to the ground.
