Not only did he and his staff reach out to me multiple times during the entire short period from the beginning to the end of my jewelry issue, but they responded to me with swift excellence in their final result with the ring that I’d cherished for years. Quite honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the result which made my jewelry look as good as the day that I’d received it. He even included a special polishing cloth, as well as directions as to how to use it, free of charge. I went to Pacheco's on a whim with my mother looking for a engagement ring for my now fiance. At no point during the process did I feel pressured to buy one ring over another or any ring at all. They were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They had an excellent selection and there prices were very fair and reasonable. They even have a good selection of male wedding bands as well. They suggested I present the ring to my now fiance before sizing because sizing too often can be detrimental to the ring band.
