I couldn't post without leaving a star but if I could I would not leave a single star for this company! When we first utilized their services over 4 years ago, service was great and service staff was very friendly. Prior to the pandemic, we noticed a decline in service and increase in prices without prior notice. There seemed to be a lot of turnover at their office, our main contact person kept changing. We started noticing that product was stale and decided to switch vendors. We requested a copy of our contract and never received a copy. We provided termination notice well in advance of the start date for the new vendor and said the new vendor would be in touch to discuss the transition. No one from their office contacted us to discuss why we were terminating service. With no notice, they showed up one day at least two weeks prior to the change date to remove all coffee makers, coolers and vending machines. Asked if they could keep the items a few weeks longer and was told no. The gentleman coordinating the move was rude to our employees and to his employee as well.
