Awesome place for all. Everyone from 2 to 100 can have fun here. It's a pretty big park with everything you want for a day outside. They have walking paths a farm a lake with geese and ducks. Lots of old buildings( up to date of course) trains, etc.. to explore take pictures with or just have a picnic. There is also an ice cream parlor and always some kind of social activities like 4th of July celebration with carnival, soccer games, baseball games etc..going on here. There is so much to do including just taking the kids to the playground. You can also reserve outdoor covered areas for different occasions wether its a birthday party or a family reunion type celebration. There is also a church which many people have used for their weddings. Its a great place.Ive celebrated with others there multiple times. Services were awesome. Everyone knows it because everyone has been there at some point, its just that nice of a place and they are always striving to make it better with things being added ( like the barn)There is so much to do here that you could go everyday and always see something differentIts an all around great place to go have fun. Babies love it .. kids love it..adults and seniors also love it.Go explore it ..and You'll...

Man oh man, the countless memories of this amazing place!!!

Home of the JLWS, TSLL, and Maggie's Sweet Shop!!!

I grew up roaming every aspect of this park and highly covet it's cleanliness and scenery.

The nice blacktop path around the pond, gazebo, and watermill is such a relaxing walk. A nice way to start off the day and wind down the evening.

The church has been a trademark for numerous...numerous weddings and a staple in the community!!!

I highly recommend this place to ANYONE who wants to have fun. The playground is updated and they have a HUGE row of swings!!! How could you ask for a better place to take the family and let the kids go bezerk for a few 🤷🏼‍♂️!!!

Stop by the Jewel of Taylor whenever you are out there!!!

I took my soon to be wife here. It was a beautiful park. There is a baseball field and a super nice track to walk around? There is also a beautiful pond with a nice path to walk around with nice scenery. There is bridges and and old church, old train cars and so many perfect places to take pictures to remember a wonderful day in the park. You can also catch and release fish in The pond for this who like to spend time with there kids. But it’s the perfect place for a picnic or for a first date. Or even just a good place to clear your head and enjoy a nice day. There is also a petting zoo connected that is open on the weekends for the kids. So if your bored and in the area check out this beautiful place and enjoy the...

Heritage Park is a beautiful, expansive, and impeccably maintained space. I recently visited to explore one of their gazebos as a potential venue for a small wedding, and it exceeded all expectations. Beyond the gazebo overlooking a charming lake, the park offers an array of picturesque backdrops, including a quaint white church that feels straight out of the 1800s, well-preserved train cars, a scenic bridge, and so much more. It’s a dream setting for photos and events. I’m hoping the couple I’m assisting chooses this venue for their wedding. Even beyond that, I’m excited to return to Heritage Park for its extensive walking and biking trails, picnic spots, and the countless activities it offers. Highly recommended!

What used to be a clean park with a beautiful nature trail is slowly turning into a memorial for laziness. There's garbage everywhere in the woods and now homeless people are setting up camps and leaving piles of their garbage, piss jugs, and tent remnants. Lazy people with dogs either let their dogs poop in the middle of the trail and the extra "special" ones will pick their dogs poop up but then hang their little baggy on a tree branch or on the ground leaving it for someone else to pick up. It's obvious park staff is not checking the trails as often as they should. One of the tents pitched was there for 2 weeks before the person moved it but left all their garbage behind.
