Heritage Coney Island — Restaurant in Taylor

I went there for breakfast this morning Saturday, 10/14/17. The 1st Red Flag was there were 2 people at the table and all of the Toast was on 1 plate. The waitress brought the breakfast a few minutes later and there was Hair under the Egg. The waitress came right over and apologized for the experience and the Manager Never came over. When I got into my car I called and asked for the Manager and he said "I didn't know about it until you left. He then said the waitress walked over to the Grill and showed it to him however he didn't know what she was saying. He further said that happens ALL THE TIME". I don't know about anyone else but that is Scary to think that a Manager/Cook would say Hair is in the food all the time. Not sure about anyone else but I wil NEVER go there again it says alot about the Business. To anyone going there in the future Hairy up there is Hair waiting to get on your Plate. I am a regular customer and today the manager was very rude and nonchalant! When placing my order the waitress waitress wasnt being attentive to what I was asking her and ended up bringing me back a different cheese than requested. My pancakes were cold so I asked her to remake them since my omelette went back and when they were brought back they were the same pancakes that was warmed up in the microwave and not remade. So the manage came over telling me bassically I had to pay for another order of pancakes to be made because it wasnt their fault they're cold from the beginning since I sent the omelette back (her not listening) the pancakes were not hot when they came out, the butter wouldn't even melt. She proceeded to say if you dont pay I'm calling the police, I told her even they cant make me eat cold pancakes.... I WILL NEVER go back to this place again, not sure if whe was havung a bad day or what but her attitude and the way she handled the situation was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS! Poorly operated...

I was in there yesterday it was very well clean upkept i ordered a tossed salad with italian and a philly cheese steak gyro on pita bread with a sprite. We had a wonderful waitress she friendly polite and gives very good customer service and for the price and quality oh this place is worth it. And it is in a wonderful side of town and i would recomend to anyone. You alone can eat under 20 10$ and if your a couple depending on your preference of aquired taste it can be under 30$ to 25$ its great for a budget and the meals are very proportionate. I rate it 5 stars. And just a kind word if your planning to get any tattoos its right next to babydolls and a local liquor store and the property is very upkept as well as very close to heritage park. Its wonderful...
