A hidden gem in Temecula wine country! 1968 Cellars crafts outstanding wines, port-style wines, and grape-based spirits — all made from their own vineyards. We tasted their ports, brandies, gin, and absinthe, and loved every one. The ports were perfectly balanced, the gin’s botanicals bold and refined, and the brandies smooth with beautiful depth. We tasted right in their production facility among the vineyards, surrounded by hillside wineries. The owner was professional, warm, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
