A Modern Oasis in the World of Wineries: A Review of Akash Winery & Vineyard
Akash, a modern oasis nestled amidst the traditional charm of wineries, stands as a testament to thoughtful planning and innovative design. From the moment you arrive, it's evident that meticulous attention has been paid to every detail, resulting in a contemporary ambiance that sets it apart from its counterparts.
The sleek, modern aesthetic of Akash Winery & Vineyard offers a refreshing change from the typical rustic charm associated with wineries. The layout and organization exude sophistication, showcasing a harmonious blend of style and functionality. However, it's worth noting that the dirt parking lot, while functional, contrasts with the overall modern vibe of the establishment, hinting at potential future enhancements.
Service at the walk-up bar was prompt and efficient, ensuring minimal wait times and allowing guests to quickly indulge in the offerings. Moreover, the live music provided an enchanting backdrop to the experience, elevating the ambiance and adding a touch of vibrancy to the outdoor setting.
As for the libations, while undeniably enjoyable, the prices of the drinks – a Rose and a pale beer – may give pause to some visitors. However, the quality of the beverages, coupled with the picturesque setting and lively atmosphere, made for an unforgettable experience. There's something truly magical about sipping wine outdoors, surrounded by the blissful weather and captivating melodies.
In conclusion, Akash Winery & Vineyard offers a modern retreat for wine enthusiasts seeking a unique and memorable tasting experience. While certain aspects, such as the parking lot, may benefit from future improvements, the overall ambiance, service, and entertainment make it a destination worth visiting time...
Read moreWalking into Akash Winery felt less like entering a tasting room and more like stumbling into someone’s dream mid-stride. Elly, awake and disarmingly warm, greeted me as if I’d been expected all along. No fuss, no script.. just pure organics… a simple question: What do you want to experience? I admitted it was a last minute whim. She didn’t blink. Instead, she crafted an introduction to Temecula wine country that might just ruin me for every other first pour.
At the bar, Spencer and Jordan proved themselves more than bartenders..they were translators, interpreters of the grape, conspirators in the fine art of pairing. Their knowledge of blends, of balance, of how a charcuterie board could elevate a sip into a memory this was no sales pitch. It was conviction. It was the quiet religion of people who’ve decided wine is not a product but a language it was pretty Epic.
Wandering the property, I found myself pulled toward the walls. Photographs intimate, textured, alive caught my eye, the way only honest art can. As a photographer, I couldn’t help but linger. The images told a story: a family that once only imagined these vines, a father who painted vineyards before planting them, a dream that hardened into soil and steel, and then through sheer sweat blossomed into reality. It wasn’t curated nostalgia. It was evidence.
That’s what struck me most love, not polish. The kind of love that refuses shortcuts. The kind of love you can taste in the glass. Akash isn’t just a stop on the Temecula circuit; it’s a statement, a vineyard with soul. And for me, it’s the place I’ll keep returning to. If you want the truest Temecula experience, don’t look further. You’ve already arrived.
So in short.

Read moreVery poor experience, highly recommended to take you business elsewhere. We rented the private patio for our rehearsal dinner and were extremely disappointed with the experience. We paid $1000 + beverage fees for our 26 guests and were not given what was promised. When we arrived an hour early, the space was not set up, tables hadn’t been cleaned, and it seemed like no one was expecting us. Despite repeated assurances that a full satellite bar would be provided (they even shared dimensions in advance), a folding table with a tablecloth was thrown together at the last minute. We had purchased bar decor we couldn’t even use because the setup was completely different from what was promised. It looked very cheap and disappointing.
To make matters worse, we were contacted just hours before the event by Cristina asking who the caterer was—further proof that the venue was not prepared. For the amount we paid, and considering it was part of our wedding weekend, the lack of professionalism was incredibly disappointing. It felt like we were an afterthought, and the experience fell far short of what was advertised. Our guests even noticed it was not a great set up.
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this is not the place to have a private event as the winery cares only about themselves and not the customers. We urge you to save your money and have your...
