I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Mr. Andrew Kimbrough at the Staples Temecula Print Center on December 5th. Hereās what happened:
I had a last-minute request to print retirement programs and QR code prints on a big board for my retirement ceremony, which was the next day, December 6th. After visiting a local UPS store and the Staples Haun branch, I was feeling quite stressed.
First, I visited the local UPS store in Hancock Avenue, Murrieta. Unfortunately, they could only print the template I provided and were unable to staple the programs. Additionally, their prices were higher than what I eventually paid at Staples. This initial stop left me concerned about finding a solution in time.
Next, I went to the Staples Haun branch. Despite having at least two personnel available, they told me they were too busy to complete my request on the same day. They mentioned that nearby Staples branches in Murrieta and Lake Elsinore were closed, making them busier than usual. They didn't even ask to see how simple my request was, which was disheartening.
Feeling increasingly anxious, I called the Staples Temecula branch and was advised to stop by and see the Printcenter department. Upon arrival in mid-afternoon, I met Andrew Kimbrough. He immediately took the time to understand my needs and the urgency of my request.
Andrew proceeded to get things done efficiently. He printed all 60 copies of the program, guided me through the process of submitting a request to print and laminate the QR codes, and completed the job past his work schedule, finishing around 5 p.m. His dedication and exceptional service made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
As a new customer, a local resident, and a veteran who served in the Marine Corps for over 25 years, I was thoroughly impressed with Andrew's commitment to helping me. He really went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance.
Thank you, Andrew, for your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStore# 1346 Life was good until I encountered Carlos C. at Staples. I walked in to pick up my assembled gaming chair. Unfortunately, Carlos C. was the only employee available to lift the chair to my truck. I was also purchasing another item, waiting in line when Carlos opened a register to help the customer in front of me. He immediately left the register when I walked up to the counter, telling me to wait for David to check me out (he was waiting on other customers) Carlos C. told me to pull my truck up next to the curb (in the middle of a thru lane) I told him I was parked in handicap, as close as I could get. I specifically told Carlos NOT to load the chair into my truck without me there. While waiting in line to purchase my item, (because Carlos wouldn't check me out) Carlos C. picked up my chair, and began walking out of the store with it, loading it UPRIGHT into my truck. Yes, he loaded the chair wheels dragging on my tailgate without my knowledge or permission. I was yelling from the line I was in and David, the Employee at the cashier was yelling in his microphone system, for Carlos C. to STOP and NOT load the chair into my truck without me there. Carlos C. ignored myself and David, and left the Chair Upright with the wheels rolling on my tailgates walked back into the store and began checking out other customers. I asked for Patrick the manager, but he was "out to lunch". I have purchased multiple chairs, and items from this store, and have never experienced bad service/ bad attitude/dismissive behavior until today. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just left this Staples and had to come home and write a review. The young lady who helped me and my daughter in the copy/printing area was amazing! She was so patient, so helpful and very kind. We came in to print out a story my daughter wrote for a school project and for some reason the internet wasn't connecting. After trying a few different things we were having a difficult time printing the pdf. She assisted us with logging in to the customer computer and all the various steps to getting her project printed. She never made us feel rushed and happily gave us her undivided attention even when another customer arrived until the task was completed. In a time where many businesses are understaffed and good and attentive customer service is hard to come by, Delali "Becky" was a beautiful breath of fresh air. I am so grateful for all her help and just want to make sure Staples knows they are very lucky to have such a kind, and dedicated worker like her. Thank...
