Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Temecula

My mother ordered on the Habit App & then sent me to pick up the food. The App said the food would be done in 6 min. I got there as the text came in saying the food was ready, so I sent a message back online saying I was out front. I waited 8 min before walking into the store to get the food. Only 1 person was in line & about 1/3 of the stores seats were in use. By the time they finished the person in front of me, someone was finally sending out our food. When I got home my mother & I agreed that the sweet potato fries & onion rings were too cold. Calling the store is a joke (something we found out the last time they messedup our order), so my mother drove all the way back to complain & get fresh sides. The STORE MANAGER had the nerve to LIE TO MY MOTHER! She claimed that there was a long line & that was why the food was late. Again there was ONE PERSON WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE FOOD (something I should not have had to do with curbside pick-up). I am so frustrated that they messed up a 2nd time, but more insulted that they treated...

From the get-go, staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant was exceptionally clean top to bottom. the restroom was very clean and tidy. the fountain drink machines were all very clean and had no issues. I noticed how clean everything was, so I decided to look even closer and just glanced down at the floor and baseboards, and they were very clean. whoever manages the restaurant and staff that takes care of it are doing an excellent job. Our food was excellent. The Santa Barbara was cooked appropriately, and my fries were good. my wife had the same but opted for the spicy tempura green beans her food was also great. the area where you throw your trash was very clean and in order. the young lady that greeted us and took our order Kamille....hopefully I spelled her name correctly and was very professional and friendly. This restaurant is doing things great. If I could give them a 10 star...

I love this place. There are burgers and salads so whether you are gluten-free or looking for an all-American burger, this is the place! The prices are very reasonable. There are a variety of drinks, not only soft drinks but 3 varieties of tea and 2 lemonades. The Santa Barbara is very good. A double burger on sourdough with avocado. My family ordered a double char grill which is a double burger with cheese and all the fixings. There is a choice of regular fries which are delicious or sweet potato fries.

The service is great and by looking at the sign of employment , they pay their employees well. Everyone was busy but not overwhelmed and the manager was right there working with everyone. This is our second visit and both times have been very busy. I would highly recommend the habit Burger...
