Marshalls — Local services in Temecula

I gave this place 3 stars because I enjoy Marshalls .. usually. Today I waited for a while, while doing a return cuz the kid behind the counter didn't know what to do .... After he called the manager , several times, he was informed he did the transaction incorrectly. Then stood talking to manager instead of finishing with me first. I was so angry I almost walked out. The store was a wreak , cuz of the upcoming holidays, and the lines were so crazy, that we ended up walking out without making a purchase. We will return during the week and not...

When Marshall’s first came out, it used to be decent to shop. But honestly, now it’s gone downhill and most of their locations like this one, organization doesn’t exist. Entire store has narrow aisles, feels more like a dingy discount store and the people that shop here, we’ll let’s just say it’s Temecula and classism is alive and well unless you’re “alike”. Not sure what it is about this place, but it never seems comfortable enough to leisurely shop. It seems people are always in a hurry here and the atmosphere is just more on the side of go than woah. As far as products go, this location always has a great fresh stock! The staff is hit or miss. I had an employee take my cart to the back and then deny it while another employee said they saw the whole thing happen.
