I went to the drive-through on September 7 at 3:30 in the afternoon I ordered 2 cups of plain ice cream no cones with lids. I come here every single day and I pay $5.98 for the same order today the cashier asked me to pay $10 and some cents when I questioned she told me to repeat my order so I did she told me she could not hear me so I talked a little bit louder as this location is on Temecula Parkway and there are cars driving bye She told me I didn’t need to yell at her which I was not yelling at her. I was just trying to talk louder so she could hear what my order is when I told her what my order is and that I didn’t understand why she was charging me more. She told me that she got my order and that she was not stupid. In my opinion this is not how you talk to customers I am simply questioning why I’m getting charged more for something that I come in order every day and it’s a cheaper price again I really felt like the customer service that I received today was below average, and I will never come back to this facility again really hoping that the calling me to the manager would result in her talking to the employee on the right way to talk...
Read moreI Ordered a kids meal. A Corn dog fries and a drink. I then ordered myself 2 chili cheese dogs fries and a drink. The receipt shows the correct order but when I got home I opened up the kids meal portion and it turns out it was a sandwich of some sort and it had no fries which is included in the kids meal . My daughter is a picky eater and won't eat it. I worked all day and rushed to grab some food. I'm sure it was unintentional but now my daughter has no food and I'm stuck with food I didn't order. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. After working all day and not eating anything and having my daughter to worry about this makes me have NO tolerance. They should have made sure they were giving the correct order. A worker had the nerve to ask me to drive back with my order. I love across town and just finished a 2 hr commute. I'm exhausted. I'm upset.

Read moreVery refreshing to to interact with young workers who have great attitudes and put in the extra effort to make a simple drive through experience feel satisfying. The person who took my order, Ty (hopefully spelled name correctly), listened to what I was ordering, gave suggestions and just sincerely seemed good with making sure I had what I was looking for and not just rushing me through the line. I realize this is fast food and not life changing items, but it does seem like a lot of people just don’t want to be at their jobs and the people at this place all seemed friendly and cool to work with. I hope this persons attitude and good customer interaction is noticed by their managers...
