I walked on part of this path from the Phoenix Zoo/ Papago Park area (next to the Hole in the Rock). It's concrete and nicely paved. Unfortunately, there wasn't much shade. Didn't see many hikers, most a few bikes going along the trail. It got hot, so I had to turn back.
Edit: This path apparently also extends to Scottsdale (not sure if same one but did see the labeled sign along the path.) I was able to access this path from the G.R. Herberger Park. There were some nice trees in blossom along the way, however this part of the trail was close to the street- so...

I had no idea until my buddy and I were killing time there one night and we had like 5 dudes come sit by us and they were all very gay. Then, when we were walking back to the parking are there was a guy giving another guy a tugger in the car. I apologized for interrupting and told them we’d give them privacy.
