Th2 range SUCKS, YEAH I GET IT THEY PUT UP NIGHT LIGHTS YIPPIE DOESNT MEAN GO UP X3 THE PRICE FROM LAST YEAR DURING THE DAY. DUMB!!!!!!!UPDATE. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!(EDIT: MANAGEMENT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN HOW EMPLOYEES TREAT CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!) I bring a friend (black guy) to hit balls and show him the beginning fundamentals of how to play. I go to check tee times, and ask if he can ride with me so he can see me navigate a course.Which I was told WOULD BE OK! So I pay at 10am for my 3:27pm round. . . .so I show up again at 3 and wait. They have NO CARTS. AND ONE GUY WORKING (WHO IS PAID MINIMUM WAGE, SO THEY REALLY DONT CARE) BRIAN. BRIAN THEN PROCEEDS TO SKIP ME (for 8 foursomes!) AND when I ask him about it he has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. BELLIGERENT!!!! SO I ASK FOR A REFUND. WHICH I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE. HE CALLS ME A JERK. AND I TELL HIM HIS MOMMA IS A JERK. HE CAN MAKE IT PERSONAL. BUT DO IT ON PERSONAL TIME! ALL THE PEOPLE WAITING SAW HIM SKIP ME 8 TIMES! PEOPLE WHO JUST WALKED UP AND PAID PLAYED BEFORE ME! I recently attended the Grass Clippings Golf Tournament at Rolling Hills Golf Club in Tempe as a spectator, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. A big thank you to Gila River Casino for generously providing the VIP suite tickets—they truly made the day unforgettable!
Rolling Hills is a fantastic course, offering both beauty and challenge at every hole. Even as a spectator, I was captivated by the stunning views and the exciting competition unfolding across the fairways. The course was in impeccable condition, and it was a pleasure to watch the players navigate such a well-maintained layout.
The event itself was seamless and incredibly enjoyable. The staff and volunteers were helpful and friendly, making the entire experience run smoothly from start to finish. As a VIP suite holder, I had the chance to watch the action up close from a comfortable, elevated perspective. The suite was stocked drinks, and it was a perfect place to relax and take in all the excitement.
The social aspect of the tournament was another highlight. The energy was lively and fun, with everyone in great spirits, whether they were cheering for the players or enjoying the great company. It was easy to see that the event was designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved, and the VIP experience definitely enhanced that.

⛳UPDATE 3/23/25⛳ The course itself is so much to play and the greens roll so true. It's really coming along great with added events and night life. $17 for a large bucket (I believe a small is about $12 or so (I believe a small bucket comes with a round). There's an option for 1 hour unlimited for a little bit over 20 bucks.

Mist 360 breeze for the summer (bays that are covered are covered by the sun) this was a problem at Dobson Ranch for me.

The range is now 100% mats and over going renovation p in summer of this year 2024
I think they were focusing on the course remodel before the new range layout. The putting and range maintenance was very impressive.
It was $15 for a large (100 balls) they have a 35 option but nothing in between. Twilight is $60 to play (that's after 2:30)
Can't wait for more work to be done!

Rolling hills is now known as Grass Clippings and is undergoing a huge renovation.
For the range, it will have 20 topracer technology and 10 grass bays. Next generation LED lighting on the 18 holes for night golf (no glow ball) open till 12am.
Putting will be 15 sq/ft.
