I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from two of your employees during an environmental waste pick-up for my company. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Wendy Crites, an environmental scientist, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort by providing me with water during the unbearable heat wave. As a Floridian, I greatly appreciated her kindness and attentiveness.
Additionally, I would like to commend Mr. Dave Kellar for his outstanding assistance. He helped me load my vehicle and, in the process, noticed that I had a flat tire. Mr. Kellar invited me inside an air-conditioned building, where he provided me with protein and Gatorade to ensure my well-being. His actions were a true testament to exceptional customer service and genuine care for others.
I would like to request that Mr. Dave Kellar be recognized with a merit badge for his extraordinary help. Both Mrs. Crites and Mr. Kellar were the nicest people I have ever met while doing a load, and their efforts made a significant positive impact on my experience.

Read moreI am out in the east valley. Had issues with a Mpower card being read on the Mpower meter in my home after I put $ on it. (For those of you that don't know, SRP has Mpower which is a pre-paid electric service. No surprises with a monthly bill.) Called the customer service #. Nice that it's local and you talk with a local person. The best they could do is make a new card and put the $ on it from the borked card. (They have now moved to a web based option to put $ on the Mpower meter, which is cool but be aware it will take at least 3 days for the money to be withdrawn from your bank account. If you don't have a web account with them, that has to be done first. If your thinking about using the web based avenue, create the account first give it a couple of days. Make sure you can log in before doing the web based payments.) Very clear directions from the customer service person.. Got there, got the new Mpower card that was exactly where the customer service person said, drove back and put it in my meter, money was put towards account and all was good.
I would recommend (if you have srp) to go to the Mpower option because for me at least I have spent less...
Read moreFirst of all Everyone knows in there back of there mind wheather or not a (place) made you put down a deposit!!..i mean thats something u dont forget right?! I need to turn off my service with them so I wanted to get my deposit back, while on the phone giving the lady dates to turn off she tells me I could pay my last bill with my deposit, because I was calling to get my money back. So next bill comes they are saying I have a past due bill? And I called SRP they said they had No indication of a deposit ever being needed...I was like excuse me yes TF I did. And I even asked them to listen to my phone call since yall record them and tell me why THE lady suggest to pay my bill with my deposit.?? I had PAPERLESS billing and the guy literally said Show me the PROOF!! I even asked them if u do a credit check where is the approval or disapproval letter??? That would clear this up.. they guy said there's no paper trail for credit checks. So they are denying I EVER needed a deposit, and they don't keep the credit aproval or disapproval...so they Have forced me to pay up... and not return my original deposit!! Like wow! Like it's my job to keep deposits on...
