Belt Broke down on I-20 at 8pm. Made it to the exit 19 at the travel stop barely overheating engine. Find this autoparts store in the vicinity but closed. I decided to spend the night in the car with the family and wait till they open the next morning. Get there the next morning on March 28, 2020. Arrive ten minutes early and see key Holder smoking outside before he opens.

This visit was terrible. I walked in with a battery not greeted at all. Lady sitting down behind the desk helping a customer and older guy only workers i saw. I proceed to battery station and was there 10 minutes while the older guy and lady carrying on a conversation screaming profanity. The older guy then walks towards me and puts something under the counter towards the battery station and walks off. White guy walks in and the lady tells him she cant help him the older guy will. I had a horrible experience in your store tonight. Saturday January 22. I came in looking for a water pump for my truck. I approached a young lady sitting in a chair. I asked if she could help. She ignored me and continued on her cell phone. When she finally acknowledged me she was extremely rude and condescending. She didn't even look at her computer and told me she didn't have it In stock. Then said to go somewhere else and find my part. She sat back down and got back on her phone. She is extremely rude and I will tell everyone I know not to shop here. She needs to be in fast food not helping people with there cars. Her...
