Templeton Historical Museum — Attraction in Templeton

My dad and I visited here and were immediately met outside by the most delightful docent named George. He was a wonderful host and very informative. He made every effort to answer our questions and was very accommodating. He took great care to every detail. My dad and George were swapping stories and reminiscing about growing up in California. I loved hearing their memories. The museum itself is quite charming, with many local artifacts and photos. A beautiful flower garden surrounds the area. A very lovely California town museum. Friendly welcome. This town has such a great downtown. Beautiful old buildings. Lots of history in this house-sized museum. Looks like you can do some pretty good research here, they have binders and binders of town history and family histories. Josh Brolin is from here!
