After being a regular customer for some time now, buying my $100 + ECIG as well as all of my vape supplies this place has really let me down. Bought a FFDA 120 ML bottle of juice because their employee told me it was strawberry and cream. After completly burning my first coil that i had just paid $3.95 for i knew something was wrong. Googled FFDA and realized that stands for Formulated For Dripping Atomizers. Looking at their website also revealed that chaos is a mixed berry yogurt and granola, not strawberry and cream. Another quick google search revealed that i dont use that specific kind which they knew because they sold me my coil as well. Having just purchased this all for $70 i made a trip to my local NEXT Vapor Spot to explain the problem. Told the employee and he told me they really didnt know what flavors they had in that brand and really didnt seem to care. I explained that i was a regular customer and that if i left without help i would not return. He then asked if i wanted him to call his manager, i said i would really appreciate that. After waiting a minute he came back and told me that there wasnt anything he could do for me but give me two new coils. I guess they wanted me to burn more coils up, seemed NOT legit just like the suggestion of their employee as to what they should sell me. Oh yeah, he also told me i could come back tomorrow and speak to the manager as if the problem would be different tomorrow. Well i gave this establishment my money and my loyalty and i patronized their business. I simply asked for an exchange for a flavor i usually get at a loss to myself as if i were the one whom made the mistake and was denied. What a terrible way to handle such a simple problem. I guess i will not help out a local store and will purchase the same products online from now on at a fraction of the price where i will get a legit description of the flavor i am buying. Read moreThey might as well just spit in my face and said have a horrible day! I went there wanting a new ecig and wasted 70+ hard earned dollars there unfortunately. Here's the story: purchased said products, had to ask guy to set it up, which he did but explained everything to me as if I had down syndrome then i proceeded to fill up the tank which I accidentally overfilled... The guy said to me that I overfilled but for reason he let me continue putting top on which in turn I got ejuice all over myself. not just a drop or two, ALOT of ejuice.Then had the nerve to make a smirkish face like he was calling a dumbass in his mind! Very rude!!!
My point being he obviously knew that it was overfilled and that would happen, but he let me proceed as if to make himself feel better about his sad existence.
On top of that after this whole ordeal manger refused to give me a refund and was going to give me store credit like I would ever possibly come back. Lol yeah right!!

Read moreIf you need somewhere to get your vape supplies and ejuice, this is the place. The current manager has completely revamped the store and has made this place top notch. The customer service here is second to none and they will do everything to help you (so long that it complies with the stupid FDA regs). A lot of shops have a bunch of idiot kids working there that know nothing of their product just to make a check, not the case here. Each and every one of these employees knows their products inside and out. They know the juices they carry. They’re incredibly informative about the latest vape trends, newest products, and can help you troubleshoot any problems you may have. Even if you know absolutely nothing about vaping, but wanna quit smoking, they will walk you thru every detail step by step until you have it down pat. No matter how many times they have to show you or tell you.
