WILDLY DISAPPOINTED. I have worked for Papa Johns before and know for a fact I was lied to multiple times by the āmanagerā at this location, Mary, and her mislead staff. I placed an order on Thursday the 30th for breadsticks and a garlic cup. I received the breadsticks cold and did not receive a garlic cup. I called the store and was told by manager Paul that he would give me a free pizza for my trouble the next time that I called, because they were OUT of garlic cups and just couldnāt call me beforehand to let me know. Interesting. Now I have cold breadsticks and no sauce.. However, Paul was very nice and I appreciate him doing his best to reciting the situation. I called Friday night around 8pm-9pm and tried to place an order; the employee that answered the phone told me they were no longer accepting orders. I asked her why. She said her manager told her to stop accepting orders. I called again today, Sunday, and tried to redeem the free large pizza I was promised (and was also trying to order breadsticks, and spend more money at this pitiful establishment!) and was met with Maryās terrible attitude. She told me carry out would take 45 minutes (when I got there she had 0 carry out orders ready ahead of me, and only one item on her screen waiting to be made. So she lied.) I told her I would wait the 45 minutes. I explained to her that Paul had given me a free large pizza credit. I gave her my phone number and she said she couldnāt find my previous order and had no idea what I was talking about and wouldnāt redeem the pizza I was promised days ago, yet refused TWICE now. I asked her if I brought in my receipt for the previous order if she would believe me and give me the pizza I was promised. She said yes. I showed up and showed her my receipt. She agreed. I then asked her for an order of breadsticks. She told me she would have to ring it up separately. I was fine with that. Then all of the sudden she said she couldnāt honor the free pizza because I had only ordered breadsticks. I never asked for the pizza, Paul took it upon himself to OFFER me the pizza. I spent all weekend trying to redeem it and instead, I got yelled at over the phone and in person by Mary. M-A-R-Y. She told me to make sure I spelled it correctly whenever I wrote my complaint and refused to give me her last name. Supposedly the General Manager thinks it is okay to yell at her customers, and to lie to her customers regarding wait times! Pure laziness. Sheās also content with her staff (apparently) being training improperly and lying to her customers as well! As someone who has worked for Papa Johns in the past I KNOW FOR A FACT this is not the way the company would like itself to be presented.. Their standards are higher than that. Shame on Mary for giving Papa Johns a bad name and leading the rest of her store in the wrong direction with no training. Dominos was much more mature, and happy to take my order. I have learned my lesson and will continue to stick with them instead of Papa Johns, which is a shame, because I do prefer the food better.. I just refuse to endorse such disgusting behavior. Lies. Yelling. Attitude. Ridiculous. Iāll be reaching out to corporate so they know that Mary needs to go through some more training in order to properly...

Call to find out it was canceled. A few months ago I changed my phone number and since I have not used their app in over 6 months was NOT thinking about updating my profile while my 5 yr old stands anxiously waiting on me to order her pizza. Call them to be told it was canceled because the delivery person couldnt find the apartment (very popular complex w no others around the vicinity and the ONLY apartments on this MAIN WELL KNOWN ROAD) and because my number had not been updated they canceled. Ok I get that, but when after an hour goes by and I call to be told it would take 5-7 business days to be refunded for that pizza, I am then told AFTER I update my account I needed to order the pizza AGAIN (NO WE WILL MAKE IT AND GET IT TO YOU ON THE HOUSE ASAP, BC ITS MY FAULT THE DRIVER COULDNT FIND AN EASY APARTMENT TO FIND)they would remake the pizza and then deliver it again. I asked so after a mistake that a website should warn please have correct info before placing order, which does not, now i have to pay for a new pizza? The manager that I spoke to was rude which I wasnt happy but also have worked many years in customer service and food industry, you dont take a tone and get an attitude back at a customer. I asked so now it will be 2 hrs before my child will eat who was starving because this was a late lunch and you're not offering anything in this situation? No NOTHING, and told I wouldnt be waiting 2 hours. Took me 4 tries in explaining we already have been waiting and to reorder ANOTHER pizza, charge it to same credit card that has money already taken off that I wont see for a week, wait for you to make it and deliver again, it WILL BE OVER 2 HOURS FROM WHEN I FIRST ORDERED. she apparently could not grasp this concept and argued that it wouldnt for to many minutes until I finally said you know what my kid is now starving and very "hangry" as well as myself to forget it. I'd call corporate. What angers me is that She offered nothing in anyway to make up for the mistake that her driver could not find a well known apartment complex and deliver to the right door. Not my fault. I LOVE THEIR PIZZA MY FAVORITE ACTUALLY but with service such as this, NEVER EVER AGAIN UNTIL THEY FIND SOMEONE CAPABLE OF LEADING OTHERS WITH BETTER MANAGEMENT SKILLS! AND just to verify for you all at the time of the call I was told for another reason I didnt touch on that they were not busy and had 3 drivers standing there. So argue with me, do nothing to fix a mistake, and LOSE MY BUSINESS AND ANYONE ELSES IN MY FAMILY. AWESOME...

The girl driver was on the phone and assaulted me twice by grabbing my phone while it was in my had! Iām elderly, handicapped and disabled! But the most shocking part of it all was the attitude, disrespectful manner and reprehensible behavior of the General Manager when I called him today on the! 17th of December! He had a very Cavalier attitude about the matter and was disrespectful to me on the phone! He acted as if he could care less that I was almost killed and seemed to have no positive feelings about fur babies at all! This is being reported to Adult Protective Service ! Iām handicapped, disabled, and elderly! The behavior of the General Manager (Paul) is reprehensible, unprofessional and so egregious as to shock the conscious! I want to speak with the owners!!!!!!
