Swinging Bridge — Attraction in Thermopolis

We highly recommend a visit to Thermopolis, Wyoming, where one can't miss the enjoyable experience of crossing the fun bridge offering a great view of both the river and the mineral terrace. This quaint attraction boasts the fascinating sight of hot springs and an impressive bridge. Notably, the world's deepest hot spring is also found here. Don't miss this little side trip when in town. It's free! Drive past the hot springs and park at the back by the ponds. Drop 25 cents in the food machines by the pond and feed the fish. No drive along US-20 should go without stopping here. This old suspension bridge built in 1916 is a must see for the natural formations as it runs into the Bighorn River. The bridge is a little bouncy if you run across it, but it isn't too bad Take a walk across, it is worth the view!.
