Edit:while I would never leave a one star review based on one experience, I do feel the need to share a recent negative experience in hopes that management can address it for the future.
I went in today to purchase a few things and inquired about some missing points on my account. The worker (“M” full name withheld due to google review guidelines, but guy with glasses and piercings in lip) instantly became rude and aggressive, telling me i was being difficult when i simply asked. I told them i have record of the purchase by order number and bank transaction and they told me i needed to come in that day and refused to correct my account.
I attempted to then smooth things with “M” by explaining that I was simply asking a question, and he told me he didnt like how i was talking to him and passed me to another tender. This budtender witnessed the entire exchange and sympathized with me for having to deal with him but wow.
I have literal proof by debit transaction that i was there and spent money mere days ago, and their response (bald manager guy too) was to push me to the door with shitty smirks on their faces.
I said nothing rude or disrespectful but was treated like a jerk for asking a question about a mistake that THEY MADE.
Offered to show proof on phone of recent purchase and bald guy said “no phones”

   Read moreI had an unfortunate experience at this dispensary on November 4 around 9:15 PM. I went in to buy a joint, only to discover when I got home that it was split at the filter. No big deal – these things happen. I drove back for a quick replacement, but when I arrived, the cashier let me know that all the joints of that particular strain had the same defect.
Since they were out of stock on the minis I asked for as a substitute, she offered me a discount on another product. She was kind and really trying to help, but the mini option they had left was out of my budget. When I politely asked for a refund, the situation escalated in the most unprofessional way. The manager, John, started scolding his employee in front of me, clearly taking out his frustration over the defective product on her. I had to point out that his handling of the situation was over the line and that I was trying to stay calm despite spending over 30 minutes just to replace a single joint.
In the end, I was given two options: either pay more for a different product with a minor discount or take the same defective joint as a replacement, with no option to switch strains. I chose to leave instead, with the sense that this situation didn’t need to become so complicated. It was disappointing to see such poor leadership and lack of professionalism, especially as this was my regular dispensary. I intentionally block the bar code on my ID because im careful with my personal data and i don't want just any random person taking it in. Today the lady claiming to be the "store manager", which is who i asked for; told me that if my ID doesn't scan she wont take it. I informed her its a valid state id and i haven't been told this in the past. She said she "legally" cant take it. Now i know she's just being lazy and doesnt want to look me up in her system like they did the previous 20-30 times (i understand this is pretty common thing for them), she seemed to be annoyed that I pulled her away from what ever she was doing on her cell phone, but the fact she thought i was stupid enough to believe the BS she just made on the spot to justify her laziness, was an insult. Fortunately i found closer dispensary, with the same products for $10-$20 cheaper, i explained the situation the event above to them and asked if my id was a issue for them and they were happy to accept it and my business. Funny how the universe works, a lazy boss saved me $10-$20 per visit to place that is about half the distance, i should be this place a five star...
