I fortunately came to know Mark and Glenn of Plough Gallery when I was furiously researching galleries that represent the pottery artist Stephen Biggerstaff of Asheville, NC. I adore his work and was desperate to own a piece, which is unique in form, structure, texture and color. Stephen’s work was completely sold out everywhere I looked. How delighted I was that Stephen Biggerstaff’s IG page shared that his new work was headed to Plough Gallery. First I spoke with Glenn and then Mark. Both assured me that I could soon see a live interview with Stephen and Mark on IG and all the pieces by Stephen would then be posted for purchase. “And just like that” I found a bowl that spoke to me. Purchasing was easy, but knowing that I can find beautiful and unique artwork is important to me. This gallery represents a plethora of artists and regardless of one’s budget, a stellar gift to yourself or others can be found here.
