I wanted to let everyone know that the service that I received is 2nd to none Nevin not only is a great example of what a leader should be but he exceeded my expectation's. I went in to order lumber and he made sure that because it was a hot rush that he personally delivered it, now I am sure that we have all been places where the manager of the store won't do anything to help and that is not the case at all Nevin is as much part of the team and I have seen him jump in many of times to help and assist. This company is all about delivering on their promise and I have continued to purchase all my material from them. I was using another lumber company and when I would ask if they could put the items inside the building the driver would leave the items outside in the weather this has not happened with this company. The staff in the store is very helpful and my salesman Jared Mansur is also second to none and is always there when I need him. He is also a contractor by trade and his input and helpful idea's helps with any issues you run into on a project. His keen sense of the industry makes him an asset when it comes to any project as he can also jump in and give you idea's you may not have thought of. It is great to see such a committed team like this.

I understand this is a family run business and you can see that the company is very committed not only to a superior service but really care about the people that work there as well. We were blessed to have Amy (a designer at the Tilton Cyr Branch) recommended to us by a friend as we started our renovation journey. Amy and the many other players that were involved during the entire project all took what is a very stressful situation to a home owner and provided us a beautiful and quality end result. Based on our experience, Cyr was always there to accommodate us and assure us along the way that the end result would be of quality (that they backed up) and what we wanted and expected. Any of the independent contractors they utilized were also top notch. The process that Cyr takes with providing a designer, a project manager, head carpenter and several project reviewers was very beneficial with smoothing out occasional rough spots (it's evitable to have some) such as when material was delayed, unforeseen issues jumped out or quick adjustments in design were necessary. We joked at times that Amy was our reno therapist as she guided us through the process and assured us during stressful moments that all would iron out. And they always did. We can't state strongly enough how AMAZING Cyr Kitchen & Bath has been throughout the remodel of our kitchen. My husband and I have made no home improvements in 20 years and our experience with Cyr has far exceeded our expectations. Our first experience with Amy, our designer was awesome. Her kitchen design gave us more room and is beautiful! She worked with us every step of the way and helped us stay within our budget. Our project manager, Janelle, was constantly communicating with us so we always were prepared for what would happen and when. She scheduled the project masterly and everything was completely on schedule. Everyone from Cyr who came to work on our kitchen was professional, courteous, and friendly.
