He DOES switch out stones and I have PROOF! He also has Something going on with the local Pd (at least that was the case I had my experiences trying to get my correct stones back- bc if I had proof in hand that they were different stones than why on earth would I be the one to be threatened to be arrested???). Please people, be very very weary. If you do still plan on going in there to have work done on your pieces at least protect your self by getting something WRITTEN UP before and after by a jewelr unassociated with Mr. Soule. And if anyone sees a 1 carat blue moissanite (looks just like a blue diamond so may be marked as a one carat [*/-] that may be it as it tests as a diamond also!), please report to the state police! I have pictures of the one he STOLE from me but I don’t know how to attach it! Thank you...

When I was shopping for a new wedding/engagement ring combo I didn't want to go to a big chain. I decided to go to Alan Soule Jewelers. It was the best decision I made. Alan and his staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly. I found 3 separate rings that saudered together would make the perfect wedding ring. Alan took those rings and perfected them for my finger. He went above and beyond. He knew how excited I was about getting the ring. So in the same day of purchase he saudered them and had to resize them because they were still a bit floppy. My late husband took me here to purchase an engagement ring & because I worked in healthcare I wanted the stones inset & we found the most beautiful Rose Gold setting with my birthstone in the center & 2 beautiful diamonds on either side.
