The Foam Outlet — Attraction in Tinicum Township

Very nice people and they provide an excellent service if you're in need to revive your furniture better than when new! My wife and I spent a lot of money years ago on our living room couches, all hardwood and 8 way hand tied so they will last. And for 15 years the structure has held up perfectly, however, over the last 2 years they have become completely useless due to the cushion core being so old. Even our fabric has held up just fine. So like everyone else we started furniture shopping (which I despise). I'm happy to say that has been put on the back stove for a while thanks to the Foam Outlet! Our furniture is not only back to new, to us at least, but better than it was when new. To look at it now puts a smile on our face and we are no longer embarrassed by the fact that people sit then roll right into each other. We went with the Medium Firmness and I just can't say enough how great it feels both new and when broken in. They have couches in the showroom for you to try out. We did all 5 cushions. Dropped off about 10am on Saturday, were ready by 12pm same day! Helen who works in the showroom is very nice and helpful. Now to what everyone wants to know..price. So here is my thought on that. Please don't be alarmed by the bill, get home put them back and instantly you will say, ok it was worth every penny! At first it seems like a lot, however, they are not only providing the very best product you can get, but also and invaluable service with a warranty. They provided a means to have my family and friends back again in the same room comfortably and that to me is worth it! Great job you guys I will definitely...

We own a living room set (sofa and loveseat ) in which we purchased 20 years ago . It was made with high-quality materials. The only thing that wore out after all these years, was the foam inside the cushions. We like the set so much, that we decided to keep it and replace the foam . After making many phone calls and visiting a number of show rooms, we made the decision to buy new foam from the Foam Outlet. Many factors played a role in our decision. The owner, Jim and his staff were very knowledgeable with their products. The show room allowed us to test all of their products before making a selection. Their prices were lower than most. After explaining everything to us and receiving a lifetime warranty, this made us happy to have found this place. After 26 months ,the cushions are like new. 2025 (updated) They've moved back to Essington location which to be honest is a much prettier and peaceful location right by the Delaware River/boat docks. Went back to get more super firm foam because furniture these days is just not made with the same quality materials. Highly recommend this place for all needs, they even make high quality dog beds!

2021 Went there the other weekend before they went on vacation and I have to say they were the nicest, most hard working folks and were so helpful and I'm now filled with so many ideas to come back!! But do come with plans, measurements, thickness etc as that's stressful and hard to make those decisions on the spot and they are BUSY. They can give guidance but it's really up to your preference. We got 3" super firm foam in a queen mattress size to make a Japanese platform bed and it's been AMAZING and worth every penny....
