Foundation Park Plaza — Attraction in Toledo

I always enjoy Biggby coffee. They often have a pretty quick moving line. The only thing that annoys me a little bit is that when you give the drive-thru attendant your card they will ask if you want to put a tip on it. There's a sign out on the window that says if you want to leave a tip let your cashier know. I don't always leave a tip because I am paying for a coffee that needs to be prepared and handed to me and that's part of the cost. I'm not placing a large order where I would feel that it would be more appropriate for a tip. It's honestly a little bit awkward because you feel weird saying no. If I would change anything about the situation, I would have the drive-thru attendants stop asking if the customer wants to leave a tip and allow the sign to do the work.
