Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

The crew working at 1515 South Bryrne Toledo Ohio 43614. Mainly a young lady named Tori was very rude, unprofessional, and using cuss words ,the music was loud. I don’t appreciate being a pain, Customer being spoken that manner something needs to happen with that young lady Tori, and they’re also a middle age maybe older guy with a ponytail using profanity . I picked my food up from the portal got home. I don’t live too far. Wanted to try your new little Caesars and I got to order a breadsticks and how the profanity came about I asked her for pizza sauce that I ordered with my combo breadsticks and that’s when she told a young man to go get her damn sauce that was very rude. My food was cold, and I was quite unhappy with the service I was given and don’t plan to visit there any more particular store anyway. So at this time I cannot reach y’all because my experience was horrible. My food was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible. And Service most definitely...

Went there today for lunch special. Which starts at 11am. It was about 11:40 when I walked in i asked for the special. The kid tells me that they were late getting in that day and that because they didn't have an influx of request for lunch specials they decided not to make ANY. Well here I am requesting it and he tells me that I have to wait. And that it will be 10-15min. But they are supposed to be "hot and ready" my lunch is only 30min needless to say I was pissed off. This worker decided to argue with me and go back and forth with me about the problem. When the problem is the restaurants fault. Not mine. They should be doing there job, like it's advertised. This store over here is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO sometimes NASTIEST pizza spot and should be hauled over with new owners or the owners should hire people who give a damn about there jobs. Terrible. I asked the guy how long ago it came out, making sure it wasn't 4 hours old like my last pizza. I guess I should have asked if it was cooked cause this is the doughiest and most undercooked pizza I've ever gotten from anywhere. I understand it's the cheapest pizza option... But it doesn't cost you anything extra to leave it in the oven for another minute. Whoever took this out of the oven and cut it and sold it should quit and become homeless because you got nothing going for you in life. Obviously do not care AT ALL. Anybody with eyeballs can tell this pizza is undercooked.

Don't worry I won't ever be coming back. Ever. I bet the employees would be happy to hear that even though it's their minimum wage job. I guess they'll just get another....
