UPDATED 10.7.25 Logan and the Jupmode team put allot of time and effort into resolving this situation. Logan was attentive, receptive and followed through with what he promised. I was able to get the correct size sweatshirt in time for the Cedar Creek 30 year celebration weekend and wore it proudly alongside hundreds of others. I appreciate the extra time and effort Logan and Jupmode invested to provide an exceptional customer service experience. A few months ago, I ordered a sweatshirt that Jupmode was selling for a limited time for an occasion happening at my church. I didn't open it immediately because the church event isn't until October. I recently opened the sweatshirt and Jupmode sent me the wrong size and therefore I will never wear it. I'd like to throw a shout out to Jupmode in Toledo Ohio who has done the printing of the pinball party T-shirts for the last two years. I've been in pretty much all the T-shirt printing places here in Battle Creek and had various issues with all of them (besides one that went out of business...) but mostly it was anything from lack of interest on there part to many of them being dark, dirty and basically feeling unimportant when I was in there and two years ago I vowed to never step foot in any of them again. Two years ago a friend told me about Jupmode after listening to my problems with the locals and I've been in love with this place ever since. Last year was the first time I walked into the store and it was bright, clean, shirts folded nicely and everything in its' place and a warm and friendly staff that seemed very sincere in helping me out. Basically it was the opposite of every other T-shirt place I'd ever been too. This year was no exception and I'll continue to use them for years to come. Bought MI T-shirt club subscription as a gift for my mom who loves T-shirts (especially soft high quality ones like jupmode sells) and she was very pleased with every T-shirt she received monthly! The only things I would’ve changed were the ability to print some sort of card or something to wrap and give that wasn’t the receipt or something with the price on it, also I did purchase only the 6 month subscription but was re subscribed not sure if it was an automatic thing or some sort of error but had I not looked at the invoices when I received emails letting me know which shirt was going to her next I would t have known until the subscription was already renewed.
