The hall is a great place to have gatherings when you don't need a huge place. It's larger than a conference hall so mid-size. It can get very loud so you want to be able to soften that depending on your needs. It is heated and cooled. Many times leaving the doors open keeps the temp constant but drives the vendors/participants nuts because everything blows away. It has good lighting; some will want to bring their own of course. I was a vendor here for the mini expo for new chamber members. The staff was great and the building was clean. It was a little confusing to find the entrance we were supposed to use for loading. You cannot really drive up to the building an unload so this building is really more convenient for small expos if you choose.
