I’ve previously left a review a few years back that I’ve sadly decided to delete. My wife and I have been loyal customers for many years now and we’ve enjoyed everything about this place and especially the small talk with the staff. My wife’s health has declined over the past few years but it’s never stopped her from wanting to stop in any chance she gets. Dandy Deals really felt more like a family environment . Today was by far the most underwhelming experience. From the young woman working the counter to the store in complete disarray. I’m not sure if they’ve did an entire revamp of employees but we really hope not. My wife had a really good relationship with Liz and is always looking forward to seeing her after her doctor appointments. After the years we’ve gotten to know a few of the guys that work the floor and they’ve always been so helpful and accommodating with my wife and I. Russ was always able to answer any question l had. He did most of our deliverers also. I’m just hoping it was an off day because God knows it happens. I pray they get it turned back around and maybe a few more training hours for the new young lady working the front. She seemed a tad bit rude and not very welcoming. My family loves it here; We pray things can get back on track. Dandy Deals has really helped us a lot, but not only my wife and I ; our family and friends we’ve sent in. I was referred to dandy deals by my aunt who works at Lowe's for a cheap reliable place that I could buy a used washer and dryer. I was and have since been pleasantly surprised by the employees and the owners. So, I bought a washer dryer set, a beautiful freshly painted dining set table and chairs for around $500 (I mean let's be real here, that's a steal) from dandy deal back in the middle of January. Fantastic service, was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a couple days ago my washer wouldn't spin or drain. Hey it's used, and I've had it for about a month and a half now so I can't blame anyone for that. But I did call dandy deals after trying to reach out to many... Too many.... Appliance stores to get a person to come out and fix it. I can say, without a doubt, the absolute best experience and customer service I've had from any one of those places was dandy deals. The owner himself, on a weekend no less, came clear out to auburn to exchange my washer without any charge. I was expecting some type of charge... You know, because of the gas and his time. Nothing. This was well worth getting and I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone!!

I must also say that even if you're not needing a washer and dryer.... They have a fantastic array of things I was even surprised they would have, like the dining set, great refrigerator selections, beds, vacuums, you name it. I Will be going...

Came in this morning shortly after they opened and we bought a $300 washer and the lady told us numerous times they test everything before they sell it.. we brought it home and the washer DOES NOT WORK. Wouldn't fill completely with water, cycles didn't work and no cold water only hot worked. Told us we'd have to bring it back so we loaded it in the van brought it back and the person said "yeah the sensors are broken on this machine " I thought yall tested items before selling them... guess not. They swapped it out for a washer that was the same price and we are hooking it up now hope it works!!! This was kinda ridiculous, but I'm glad they let us swap out at least.. Edit/follow up on the second washer we got. It doesn't drain clothes very well at all, when the cycle is done the clothes are completely drenched and weigh like 50 pounds. It doesn't have a drain feature only spin and I have to go back every 5 minutes to spin it, and have to do it about 10 times to get the clothes not so wet but because they were so soaked it ended up breaking our dryer and now we have to go get that too 🙃🙃🙃 would be nice to just get a full refund and get a washer somewhere else. All of their washers were about $300 and they were super old models, definitely not...
