Let me start this review by saying Nely was a complete sweetheart and super helpful from the very beginning. That ONE star is solely for her. My daughter and I went to this place on March 22 to try on dresses for her prom in June. She grabbed a couple of dresses and chose one she loved. We placed an order on the dress which was $500 a week or so later. We were told it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before the dress arrived. We gave them 4 weeks before calling because we hadn’t received any info on the dress. Just for my daughter to be told “your dress has BEEN here”. So I spoke with the manager Miriam and explained that both my daughter’s phone number AND my phone number were given the day I paid for the dress and we never received any calls that the dress had arrived. It shocked me when she used the words “we were hawking all of our customers because our back room Was full with dresses” . She then proceeds to say there was no way we didn’t receive calls. I paid $500 for a dress so what reason would I have to lie about receiving calls? Fast forward, my daughter goes in for a fitting and it has to be tailored because my daughter is very petite and the dress wasn’t available any smaller than the size we bought. At this point it is may 11th and I’m told it will take 3 weeks before it’s done. Well today is 3 weeks from that date and my daughter is told give her another week. So of course I get on the phone, upset as any mom would be. Ms Miriam (the owner) gets on the phone and to NO surprise she has another “excuse” as to why it isn’t ready or we didn’t receive a call. Are you ready for this? “Well, we have a prom for June 6th that we are working on first”. I’m sorry but you mean to tell me there are girls who have prom 5 days away and you are still working on the dresses??? She was sooo unprofessional. Her choice of words were terrible. She then says okay you know what, just come pick up the dress. She doesn’t even attempt to defuse the situation. So I picked up the dress that I paid for almost 2 months ago that isn’t tailored to my daughters size and her prom is in 10 days. I do NOT recommend anyone to go to this place and give her any business. It seems you have to lie about the date of your event because they cater to those with upcoming events that are sooner than yours no matter how far in advance you place your order. You get pushed...

I was here two days ago and it was such an upsetting experience. I’m more on the taller and plus size side so I was definitely expecting dresses that are plus size ( I dmd them on Instagram and asked before coming and they assured me that they had plus sizes) ! The person who greeted me barely helped me and said “only have two dresses of your size” as soon as I came into the place . She showed me one dress and I told her I wasn’t too fond of it and the color was the opposite of what I needed which she then proceeded to show me the same one in a different color. I understand sometimes there aren’t your sizes on display.. but I did not get any help at all and felt as if I was being judged. I saw another group of girls come in at the same time as me and left even earlier because they did not receive any help either ! I also let her know I’m okay to order and wait but she didn’t even want to help me and just walked away. I left and was very upset as I had high hopes in finding a dress here. Me and my friend decided to visit the shop today after seeing a ton of good reviews about the store. as soon as we left i knew i needed to write a review on this experience. we called ahead of time asking if it was appointment only or if walk in’s were allowed and got the confirmation we could just walk in. As we walked into the store we were helped by one of the workers(did not get the name), she asked us what we were looking for and just pointed us to a section we could look at. as we tried on our dresses the lady assisting us sat on her phone talking not being helpful at all and talking to someone on the phone guessing not knowing my friend spoke spanish and was stating how she hopes we leave soon and we shouldn’t be long and as my friend asked her for help with her dress she said “oh my gosh” with an attitude in spanish. the whole time the lady was huffing and puffing and the experience overall felt like we were being judged so we were in and out. very disappointing since a lot of the reviews are very good but our...
