Warmly greeted by both associates. Paul was the one who ended up helping me out. He was super knowledgeable, not pushy, super friendly, and polite. (Even with my pickeyness.) He introduced me to the bed match computerized body analysis machine. (AI RIGHT!) it was able to narrow down the selection to match my body type. They had like 30-50 mattresses and I didn’t need to try them all. Being im indecisive he patiently helped me out. We were able to narrow it down to one mattress and he worked a great deal for me. even without asking he called his manager Anthony who was nice enough to to help out even more. I felt welcomed and not pressured. This is the way a proper professional sales person should be. Thank you Anthony and Paul for being an amazing team and welcome to the area.
