Longview Farm park is a little known gem in Town and Country. With a beautiful nature trail, a gazebo equipped with fans, lights, outlets and bbq pits it is a great place. The gazebo is attached to the barn where several horses live. Guests can often see the horses in the barn and grazing in the large fenced area. I really love how the playground is right next to the gazebo so you can enjoy a bbq and let the kids run free and keep an eye on them. If that wasn't enough there is plenty of parking and a tennis court. The most unique part is the large house that typically has different art paintings inside and can be rented along with the banquet center that can fit roughly 50 guests. The outstanding flower display surrounding the house is really nice when taking photos.
This is a dog park as well so you'll tons of families walking their very friendly dogs throughout the park. A great...

It's a great playground for toddlers and babies. My kids and I love seeing the horses, and the walking trails are great for strollers!
Love the trails and the “secret passageways”. The first park my kids ever played at! They’ve sort of outgrown the playground, though.
the trails are good for walk and some Nice scenic spots while going through it. The park has play area for kids and covered space for...
Read moreLongview Park is a hidden gem in St. Louis County. This park has a couple wonderful walking trails; the one I use most frequently is about 1 km in length, switch-back style to help with the incline, has many benches along the way, and most of it is in the shade. Every time I'm there, I see some kind of wildlife - butterflies, chipmunks, squirrels, birds, and even deer! There's a nice pond with fountain halfway down the trail. The park also has a stable with horses and a program for equine assisted therapy. There's a nice pavilion and playground near the front of the park. As a female, I've always felt safe there, even when...
