I'll start off by saying that the vibe is much different in here vs. a traditional jewelry store, and I mean that in the best way possible. They are so easy to work with, no pressure, and amazing at taking your vision and making it a reality. My wife came in with some pretty strong design ideas. Jess grabbed a pen and paper and started sketching things out right then, changing things slightly where necessary based on her experience. After producing a CAD model of the design, and working within our budget to get the right sized diamonds, they got to work and came back with a beautiful ring. She's always getting compliments about it wherever she goes, and I think the pictures speak for themselves!
