I have used this shop for years. This is the last time ever. My parents blanket was on the wrong grave and not anchored down..My Aunt and Uncle’s grave also was not anchored down. As a customer for many years I called to let them know. I was told the National Cemetery doesn’t allow blankets to be anchored down. A call to the National Cemetery told me they allow pieces to be anchored just not attached to the headstone. The “owner” finally called back after me leaving messages for 2 days and just about called me a liar. But 2 blankets in 2 completely different areas of the cemetery to not be anchored down how am I a liar. I will never do business with this florist again. I paid $190.00 for this aggravation. I hope anyone who has ordered pieces to be put at one of the cemeteries is able to check that their piece has been delivered correctly. All I wanted was a simple apology and not to be called a liar or told that it doesn’t pay for him to deliver to the cemeteries for $2.00 a delivery charge. Added 12/31/19 It was not anchored on either of the graves I ordered for and I sent you a picture of my parents piece that was not on their grave. Oh and thanks for the text asking me to change my review because your wife has all good reviews. You told me the woman I spoke to on one of my calls was your wife, if so she lied to me and said the owner was not in. And the pictures that were sent to me were not date stamped. When I still hadn't heard from the recipient, I checked my credit card statement. No flowers billed. So I called. "We don't do orders on the internet." WTF? But you have a website! I was promised a call back in 15 minutes. 3 hours later when I still hadn't heard anything, I called again only to be told "the girl" was out with the van and wouldn't be back until tomorrow. What kind of a BS operation is it that doesn't have a cell phone, where the employee doesn't know they even have a website and where NO EFFORT is made to correct an obvious screw up!!! I'm so furious! I want so much to just scream. My big "thank you" gesture to my friends is totally shot to hell! NEVER trust...
