Kitchen Door Deli — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

The food here is pretty good but not necessarily cheap. While I was here this particular day the owner or one of the workers, I'm not sure, I thought was paying a compliment to 1 of the customers instead He insulted the Customer. The guy was really nice just smiled Did not say anything. Had that been me it would have been a completely different story. Prior to this I have had pretty good experiences there and the food is always been decent. I don't know why this place has got such great reviews. Maybe their other dishes are food but not what I ordered. I placed an order via grubhub for chicken bibimbap and beef bibimbap. The price was what I expected since Korean restaurants are usually expensive. Both meals were horrible. The chicken tasted old like it was previously frozen and reheated. It definitely wasnt fresh. The beef was like seasoned Steakum meat not the seasoned cut of beef you would expect from a Korean restaurant. I've had bibimbap from a Korean Deli in Elmhurst that was amazing. Horrible horrible customer service. I just ordered a couple of salads. They forgot to put two key ingredients on two of the salads i ordered for my office. I was told by delivery service guy that he would be right back. After waiting half and hour i call them back and they said oh we do not have that right now and do me a favor dont order salads during lunchtime we do not have time to make them. Who does that??? So rude and unprofessional you cannot tell your customer what to order when you promote a salad bar on your menu. Never ordering...
