This company was at the 2024 famous food fair in long island. My 3 year and 11 year old sons were excited to enjoy the rides available. I was also to paid $60 for 2 wrist bands. The main ride they wanted to do was the bumper cars. They were working on this ride from the moment we got there. So we did the boat which the attendant was very nice. A very mean faced, chubby short male came over after about an hr of waiting around telling one man who had sat his water cup on the barrier to get it off and walked away. He had walked by me and my sons who were waiting in the area looked at us and said nothing. Then after my son asked him can they use the ride because they were all just sitting there, he looked up and said very nasty, just get in it. My son was confused because the machines were not on. I told him he should be more considerate to the customer because he was so nasty and come to find out the machines were not even on. I then went to ask the 2 young women for a supervisor and informed them of the way the employee addressed us. The younger one with dark hair immediately said "oh he doesn't speak english" I said yes he does he just spoke it very clearly to me and the ride should be working in a minute. The other girl confirmed oh yea he does but no supervisor is there. Then my husband asked me a private question and because the young girl overheard it she jumped up and started yelling that there are plenty of other rides use those why wait for that one, go use those! I informed her that the question was not for her and nor was he talking to her. There were plenty of other fair goers around shaking their head in agreement that these workers were very nasty and complaints should and will be made. As we walked away from them to use the bull and obstacle course both which had very nice young men as well, all of a sudden they removed the entire bumper car ride and barrier. The girls continued to eye ball me and my family and now had embarrassed looks because they in my opinion new they handle the entire situation horribly. With all the money being spent at events like these customer should be top teir because the future business that can lead from word of mouth can be great. I would never personally use this company just based off these 3 individuals and lack of supervision and the companies I handle and do business with would nor either. They all need...
Read moreIn January 2018 I chaperoned the middle school's 2-hour dance party. NY party works was punctual for the set up and remained on hand to help. The parents oversaw each inflateable station but NY Party Works supplied 5 staff members who walked around to supervise. There were hundreds of over-excited kids who ran in like horses at the gate. At one point, the kids deflated the inflateable when it accidentally became unplugged. The staff was patient and corrected the issue. Then there was a moment when over-excited kids went on with shoes or tilted it when they all leaned on one side. The NY Party Works staff remained positive and friendly with the kids at all times. The kids were happy and the parents...
Read moreWe had an excellent experience working with NY Party Works for our recent company party, which hosted 300 employees. Margaret, our initial contact, was incredibly helpful and worked with us for several months to identify the best casino tables to rent. Her guidance and responsiveness made the planning process seamless.
On the day of the event, the NY Party Works team arrived early to set up. They were professional, helpful, and pleasant throughout the entire process. The casino games were a huge hit, and everyone enjoyed participating or watching the excitement unfold.
Thanks to NY Party Works, the party was a tremendous success. We highly recommend their services for anyone looking to host a...
