FUNBOX LONG ISLAND - DEER PARK — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I planned a party for my 4 year old son and I was highly disappointed. They don’t answer the phone or emails as I’ve reached out multiple times before and after the ‘party’. I would still like to speak to a representative in regards to my experience as soon as one sees this as well! My issue is I paid twice as much as I should have as I thought the experience would be so much better. The bounce house wasn’t as big as advertised, a few ‘bits and pieces’ weren’t blown up/ working and it was quite dirty. There was visible dirt build up and mold in a lot of areas. The ‘party’ area where we had ‘seating options’ wasn’t blown up and/or properly covered as that was ‘out of order’.I give 3 Stars because my son had a great time regardless of the circumstances but I would not come back to any future exhibitions nor would I recommend to...

The FUNBOX attractions were good!! I paid almost $200 for the VIP “2 hour play time”, socks, ice cream package. However, we arrived 4:30pm and was told to “Get out” at 5:50pm. The worker stated they had to “clean up the park”. Which I found hard to believe being that there was sooo much pollen (I noticed after my child had green dust on his face) and small puddles of water everywhere. Furthermore, I really wish we could have gotten the full 2 hours. Last year I went to the Big bounce house America, and wasn’t told to leave. They allow you to spend as much time as you would like. There the time chosen is the time you go into the main attraction to enjoy the giveaways, DJ etc. I’m going next week! A word of advice is don’t abruptly stop children from playing to “clean”. Place was filthy….. Upon arriving to the place, we were immediately disappointed as it was nowhere near what it was advertised online. Quite a lot of inflatables were deflated. Place was well under staff where you barely see staff working on site. Shoe storage smelled moldy. A lots of the bottom levels inside shoe storage was filled with dirty water. Lots of the bounce areas had waters or water puddles all over, and also got this stinky moldy smells all over the places as well. Funny how they limited each session to 80 minutes and announce that they need to clean the play areas after each session, but when you get into the area and see all the dirty inflatables, leaves, garbage inside there… Honestly I would suggest you to save the money and skip this place with all the unhealthy and...
