Red Lobster — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I and my partner decided to have a seafood experience and decided to dine at red lobster. We were attended to by Jonathan ( a very tall chubby dude) . We started off with ( coconut shrimp and cheese fries ) with a martini cocktail and another cocktail . I returned the fries because it tasted really bland and I ordered for mozzarella sticks instead. While looking forward to my main course but the food wasn’t buzzing so we decided to just opt out and go grab something else . Soon as we left , we realized I left my wallet on the table , decided to call the manager( shae) he was very polite but there was nothing he could do because they had no cameras installed but we know either Jonathan or the girl who cleared our table took my wallet that contained important cards . We drove all the way from Jersey while it was raining hard with no solution to getting my wallet back . I can’t explain the emotions i have felt since my job said I can’t show up at work without my ID cards and I have em in that wallet . HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This location has issues with getting good employees as servers. This was my 3rd visit and I was hoping for improvement but this location failed me once again. First visit: I was served with a beer bottle cap in my margarita. Second visit: waited and hour and 20 minutes for our food, 40 minutes for second batch of biscuits AND someone in our party was only told they ran out of the Admiral's Feast when everyone else's food was already on the table and the waitress didn't bother to ask her if she wanted something to replace it, she just walked away. Third visit (only reason I went back is because it was easier for one of our family members to meet up there) : ordered drinks, two appetizers, and entree. Received my drink and my entree, the waiter never wrote down my order for the appetizers and admitted he messed up. My family ate backwards and he didn't even offer to knock something off the bill. If you don't mind slow and incorrect service visit The Deer Park Tanger location. From now on I'm sticking to the Copiague location which has always done right by myself...

It was a Saturday night. Little no one in red lobster. I couldn’t believe there was almost no one here no crowds no nothing. When we sat down I kind of wish there were some music playing because it was so quiet you could practically hear crickets. It’s at the waiter wait too long to attend To us. He almost never saw the way there in the entire time we were there. When we did receive our food it was bland and tasteless. The Food was so dull I felt like I was eating cheap chicken nuggets and it supposed to be shrimp. My mom got steak and shrimp it had no flavor and it was so disappointing. I got fish and chips The lack of flavor was so boring I put salt and pepper and it still had nothing to it. I recommend going somewhere else that has better seafood if you bring your family or a date. There’s better options. It may be convenient for Laine be short but it’s not worth it.
