Elegant Jewelry — Attraction in Town of Brookhaven

*Editing review because I am an actual customer. But will never be again. My now husband bought my ring from here and I was so please with it. We even bought my wedding band from here. But I've had 2 Diamonds fall out of my engagement ring and it bends so easy. The first time it was fixed and had no issues. The second time I went back to have my ring fixed because it was bent doing normal things around the house 2 days before my wedding! I went to get it fixed explaining to them my wedding was in 2 days and they unbent my ring, cleaned it and gave it back to me. When I got to the light right outside the business I noticed a diamond was missing from the band on my engagement ring after they just unbent it and cleaned it. I turned around to go back and was immediately told it was my fault the diamond feel out and that because I bent the band the diamonds would have to be tightened. With no knowledge of being a jeweler I would not have known that . And since they had knowledge of that I'm not sure why they wouldn't of tightened the diamonds on the band before handing it back to me. The attitude and customer service I received was unacceptable. Elegant jewelry refused to help me knowing my wedding was in 2 days and told me they wouldn't have my ring ready in time for my big day. I left so angry at the fact this was a business that we spent a lot of money with and entrusted to help us and was so rude and blameful towards me. Thankfully we were able to find another jeweler that was able to fix my ring and tighten ALL the lose diamonds on my engagement ring (even ones that weren't on my band) and have it ready for me next day in perfect timing...

I went into Elegant to find an engagement ring. I shopped around for a few weeks before stopping in and speaking to the owner, Arsen. I was incredibly impressed by his honesty, wide variety of choices, and unbeatable prices. His staff, including his son Dave, were all extremely helpful and welcoming. They worked with me to design the perfect ring. I wanted my girlfriend to have an impressive size diamond but I also didn’t want to break the bank. Arsen accommodated my wishes and helped me secure a beautiful looking diamond with an equally impressive ring setting. As soon as he showed me the quality of his Jewlery, along with a price that beat EVERY competitor (including online manufacturers and believe me I checked them all), I knew my search was over. Not only did it all workout but from start to finish but the ring took less than two weeks to be made and sized. After I paid for the ring Arsen continued to communicate with me through text to make sure I was happy with the purchase and that my girlfriend, (well now fiancé) was satisfied. Mission accomplished. My fiancé LOVES it, and so does everyone she shows. I have found the jeweler I will continue to go to, because regardless of price m, Arsen provides one thing that many jewelers don’t, honesty and genuine care for his customer! My fiancé and I were referred to Elegant Jewelry by my fiancé’s cousin. We visited Elegant Jewelry on a Saturday, shortly before closing to see what options they had. We had been to other jewelers and had received pricing but they were out of our budget. We spoke with Mike directly, the owner of the store and he wasted no time getting to know us. He asked what we were looking for and proceeded to suggest wedding bands that complemented my engagement ring, our hands, and would be comfortable for our professions. He suggested and displayed every unique design, style, and metal you could imagine. Any ring we were to pick, he assured us that he could make in any metal we wanted. We finally found rings that we loved but need some alterations. He assured us that it was no problem, he could make it exactly how we wanted. He provided us a quote, with no pressure of needing to purchase them now. My fiancé and I discussed it right then and there as it was a little far from home. He had beautiful designs, capability to make any ring a platinum band, custom alterations and was within our budget. We had no other answer than “yes, write us up”.
