ALDI — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I'll never shop at an Aldi again. The patchogue store is disgusting. They don't care anything about customer service.I stood online with one register open for 20 minutes.When another customer approached and asked if they could open a register they were told the person is in the bathroom be patient lady. When I finally got to my turn to be rung up, I had one item to get rung up after waiting online for 20 minutes. They they then decided it was time before they rung my one Item up to switch registered draws to put a new cashier on the same register instead of opening another register.. When I complained I was told it will take two seconds and that I need to relax or he was not going to ring my one item up. When I told him but I wasn't going to leave until he rang me up he told the other cashier at that point to open on a different register and take everyone behind me over there. In all honesty, if this is how Chloe the district manager trains her employees to act towards customers than Aldi won't last long. The person by the way told me he was the store manager. He claimed his name was maverick but of course none of the employees wear name tags because they don't want you to know their names. Do better Aldi- do...

I went to aldis in holtsville or holbrook. The one next to Starbucks, close to Costco in holbrook. I met my best friend there. When she was grabbing the half n half in the far fridge, it leaked all over her n the floor. I saw a female brunette employee, glasses on. I asked her if she had paper towels. She looked at the milk on the floor n rolled her eyes, said one minute (to me) and grabbed the scrubber to clean up the mess. She got the scrubber from the back room n left it in front of the spill. Another customer was then there to shop and he went into the fridge. The employee yelled to him to STOP! this customer then yelled to her to move this God dam machine then! All this time, employee didn't address me n my best friend again, remember I asked for paper towels because her jacket had milk all down her left arm n part of her pony tail. She had to buy paper towels herself n go to rest room to clean those areas. Terrible customer service by her. She saw me after n didn't say a word about not addressing my request. I would reprimand her but that's an ALDI PROBLEM. I am confident she has had this happen before. Happy...

I went to Aldi to get some Sicilian olive oil because Consumer Reports rated it 4 out of 5. There wasn't even one bottle on the shelves. So I decided to do a little shopping while I was there. After navigating the entire store... which looked like someone's cold garage... it became apparent that Aldi had absolutely nothing to offer me... they only had generic stuff with very few recognizable name brand products in the dairy section. I literally wanted nothing in that store but since I was already there, I bought 2 things...1lb of generic butter for $3.49 and a toy car for $5... both great buys. I don't shop Aldi's at all but decided to go in for that Sicilian oil. I shopped online for it but every single store was out of it. So... since I can't find that oil, I no longer have a reason to go into an Aldi's. Maybe in 4 years I'll find another reason to...
