Absolutely horrible service from this place. Do not order your breakfast from here. They do not have professional people or people who speak English answering the phones.

I ordered Uber eats for my breakfast and wanted two coffees. They delivered the poorly packed and made food with an orange juice. But no coffees. And yet they charged me for the coffees.

When I called to discuss the error the guy on the phone kept telling me he has no idea what’s going on. Didn’t bother to look or give me a resolution. After 5 minutes of explaining to him he still kept saying he has no idea what’s going on. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Nina who is equally as bad.

The woman kept calling me sweetheart and arguing with me stating I did not order the coffees. I’m looking at the receipts with the coffee clearly listed. Im frustrated at this point and she has the nerve to tell me to calm down. She finally decides to look at the order receipts and confirms that I indeed ordered the coffees. The woman did not apologize or say I’m sorry for the misunderstanding just outright rude condescending tone.

I will not order from here again and will let all my friends neighbors and family know not to...

10/18/19 Edit: This deli is still one of my favorite spots for breakfast. I can't speak for people who had called in orders or used Uber eats, but I've never had a problem with them there in person. My order is always correct, the kitchen area is clean, the egg sandwiches aren't greasy, and the staff is friendly.

I really like this spot. Their wraps always hit the spot and the deli meat always tastes much fresher than the local bagel store. So I’m confused by the reviews saying otherwise. I’ve also read people say they handle food and money with the same gloves. I haven’t seen this personally but it would definitely turn me off if I did. But until then.. it’s my go to spot! They always get my order right, the prices are right, the owners are friendly, and it’s great in a pinch if you run out of some pantry staples too. Definitely...
