Honestly, my experience was awful. I have been to this location multiple times and I am used to this place being extremely slow and pretty unprofessional, but this last time does it for me. I placed two orders for pick-up: one was at the Print & Marketing area, and one was from the general pick-up area for two large foam boards. I got both emails confirming that my orders were ready. I went to the Print & Marketing area first - there were two people working, and they were incredibly slow. A third employee was leaning on the counter scrolling on her cell phone, not helping anyone. I waited over 10 minutes just to pick up an order that was ready and waiting. You end up having people being helped ahead of you that need assistance with their printing project that take a long time, with no pick-up area for people who just need to grab their things and go. Then, I was told I had to go wait in the checkout line to pick up my second order. Why would you create a pick-up option for orders if you have to just wait in the cashier line with everyone else? Pick-up options are supposed to expedite the process. So after waiting in line for everyone else to check out, the girl I got couldn't find my order. It was two large foam poster boards, pretty hard to miss. Her and her supervisor are staring at my confirmation order email, claiming I must have "sent it to the wrong location" or "chose delivery instead of pick-up". All the information was clearly there in my email, and they're still trying to tell me something different. Then, the supervisor is telling me "you already picked this up" because apparently it says so in their system. Well, turns out the girl marked my order as picked up before giving me the poster boards. So the supervisor chastizes her in front of me saying "I told you not to do that anymore". Super unprofessional, do that in private and don't embarrass your employee in front of customers. At this point, I am exhausted, annoyed, and really tired of the incompetent behavior. After checking my order # multiple times, the supervisor disappeared and returned after a few minutes with my two boards. At that point, I was running really late, so I took them and rushed out. This whole experience took over 20 minutes. 20 minutes to pick up items that I was told were ready, that were already even paid for online!! But wait, there's more... it was only when I got home that I saw the supervisor had given me two extremely damaged foam boards. One had an entire corner missing. The other had rip marks, and damaged edges everywhere. The cherry on top was that one of the workers decided it would be a good idea to use shipping tape to tape the order receipt on my poster board. Guess what? When I tried to remove it, it ripped the poster board. These were being used for a loved one's big birthday celebration, and I had no time to swap them out or return to the store, and to be honest, I wouldn't want to after my horrible experience. I don't like to say negative things and I don't usually make a big deal out of things, but there are very incompetent, unprofessional, lazy workers at this location. When we told them that we were here to return a custom order for the poster due to error on their part we were told it can't be returned cos it's a custom order, we asked the staff and manager to show us where online it's posted that custom print orders can't be returned, show us the written proof online so we can see it, manager could not provide that then a different manager decided to handle our order and told us that you have returned previously also and it's bad business so we don't want you to come back to this staples anymore to shop, at that point we told the manager to look at the bulk orders , the business we have given you for years now and out of thousands $$ we have spent, you are telling us that we don't have the right to return couple of hundreds of dollars $$ to return due to bad printing job!!! It doesn't make any sense at all. First of all your staff at printing job is lazy and not willing to help the customers and cutting corners then on the top of that you guys are flat lying that we don't have the right to return due to your errors , due to you guys not being able to do the job right , you and your staff and your managers can't produce a document that states that returns are not acceptable within a time frame, you guys are making up stories and lying about stuff!! That's it we will never ever shop at this store or at any other staples anymore, we will take thousands of $$ business, all of our business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHello everyone, Today my fiancĆ© and I went to this store looking for a keyboard wrist rest we were in there for 30 minutes couldnāt get no help finally as in walking around I saw a girl and ask if she can send me help by the electronic sheās was with another guess she call someone else in the radio to help me . As Iām still standing in the same aisle she left me my fiancĆ© was on the next aisle this guy who clearly work there looked at me as he walk by and go to the next aisle to ask my fiancĆ© if he needs help. I never talk about race because I was born and raise in Haiti and I never felt the need to talk or express myself in other people feeling or point of view until today I realize that even thought I was the one who ask for help this guy didnāt have the nerve to say hello to me and ask me if I needed the help but instead he walk pass me and go ask my white fiancĆ© if he needed help in his mind I was nonexistent or I couldnāt need help. Customer service is very well needed in this store and for such a big store having multicultural people wouldnāt be a crime . Iām still shock by this experience because throughout my whole life that never happen to me before . Hope that can help corporate to do something about that before that happen to...
